How to order

The steps

1. Tell us what you need

   Message us on WhatsApp, call, email, or use the request form. Product names and quantities are enough; if you don't know yet, ask for the list.

2. We check you are licensed

   We supply licensed clinics, hospitals, pharmacies and distributors only. Before a first order we may ask for a copy of your licence, and we may decline an order.

3. You get the list and a quotation

   We send the current product list with availability, then an itemised quotation. It is valid for 14 days from its date, as long as the stock lasts.

4. Confirm and pay

   An order is confirmed when you accept the quotation in writing. Payment is in advance by bank transfer, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

5. We prepare and send it

   We check the order against the quotation and send it with the invoice. Every line shows the batch number and expiry date. Within the UAE, delivery is arranged once payment arrives; shipments abroad are quoted for each destination.

6. After delivery

   If anything arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, tell us within 48 hours and send photos of the products and their packaging. Otherwise, medical products can't be returned once dispatched.
