Terms of supply

These terms apply to every quotation and order from Aurelia Aesthetics FZ-LLC. By confirming an order, you accept them.

Who we supply

We supply licensed clinics, hospitals, pharmacies and distributors only. We may ask for a copy of the relevant licence before we confirm an order, and we may decline an order.

Product information

Product names are trademarks of their respective manufacturers. Availability and registration vary by country, and the current product list is sent on request. Information on this website is for licensed medical professionals and is not medical advice.

Quotations

Quotations are itemised and valid for 14 days from their date, subject to stock availability.

Orders and payment

An order is confirmed when you accept our quotation in writing. Payment is made in advance by bank transfer unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Delivery

Within the UAE, delivery is arranged once payment is received. International shipments are quoted per destination, and the buyer is responsible for any permits, registrations and duties the destination country requires.

Traceability

Every invoice records the batch number and expiry date for each line.

Returns

Medical products cannot be returned once dispatched unless they arrive damaged or not as ordered. Please tell us within 48 hours of delivery and send photographs of the products and their packaging.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
