What we receive

The request form on this website writes a message that you send from your own WhatsApp or email. We receive what you include: usually your name, clinic or company, country, phone number, email address, the products you are interested in and your message. We also receive what you share with us by phone, WhatsApp or email.

What this website does not do

This website does not store what you type into the form, does not use cookies and does not run analytics. Its fonts are hosted on this website, so a visit does not share your details with font services.

How we use your details

To answer your enquiry, send product lists and quotations, process and deliver orders, keep the records the law requires and contact you about your orders.

Who we share them with

We do not sell personal details. We share them only with providers who help us deliver orders, such as couriers, and with authorities when the law requires it. Messages you send by WhatsApp or email are also handled by those services under their own terms.

How long we keep them

We keep correspondence and order records for as long as we need them to serve you and to meet legal and accounting requirements.

Your choices

You can ask us to show, correct or delete your details, or to stop contacting you, by writing to info@aureliaesthetics.com.

If the way we handle personal details changes, we will update this notice and the date above.
